Neo Hotel Boutique

I flew into Lima at 5:30 and got to the hotel around 7:30 in the morning. Even though I asked to just store my luggage, they just checked me into the room at no extra cost as the room was available. So wonderful!

Later I wanted to walk to Miraflores. Katherine, the receptionist went to great lengths and printed out the Google map directions on 3 pieces of paper and taped them together! She also recommended an excellent local restaurant for lunch.

At night, they brought up a heater when I mentioned it was kind of cold.

Excellent staff who went the extra mile to make the guest feel at ease!

There is a bakery just 3 mins away. Went there twice for breakfast. Great quiches, empanadas and coffee. Even closer is a restaurant specializing in the famous Peruvian BBQ chicken. Great place for dinner.

Neo hotel boutique made our stay in Lima truly amazing. To say the staff went above and beyond is an understatement. Not to mention, the room and hotel itself is stunning, pristine, and they have everything you could need. The breakfast that was included was personalized and delicious. The location is perfect, in a manageable and pretty part of Lima away from the hectic hustle and bustle of the other areas. There are amazing restaurants and shops very close. It is worth every penny to stay here, you will not regret it. We will be back and look forward to staying there again.

Everything was excellent. Rooms are very clean and everything looks like brand new. Bed is big and super comfy. Breakfast is tasty and also there is option to choose ingredients by yourself. Location is good with a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants (including ones with Peruvian kitchen) and also near beautiful Olive park. It's located between shore and city centre which gives opportunity to easy visit the most parts of the Lima. For the last but not least I want to say that people are just very nice and they responded to any request gladly.

Hidden little hotel near Parque El Olivar. Quiet street, clean facilities, cozy bedroom. Breakfast is included, cooked to order, with everything one can want. The hotel opened recently, so everything is brand new. The greatest part is the service, the staff try their absolute hardest to assist and make you feel welcome. They kindly provided us with late check out, which we greatly appreciated. No one seems to know about this hotel, so we had the place to ourselves. Overall, we had a charming and pleasing experience with Neo Boutique.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great and it is in a very nice neighborhood.

El hotel al ser boutique es pequeño pero muy bonito , sobre todo de noche , la atención es muy buena por parte del personal y la ubicación es bastante céntrico como para visitar Miraflores , lince y San Isidro.

La experiencia que viví en el Neo Hotel Boutique estuvo bonito el ambiente es como estar en la selva con plantas y tranquilo

no conozco las habitaciones pero tiene un menú wn el restaurante muy bueno
