Very good place..Fresh food for breakfast and many coffee tastes..You can also buy coffee for your home.You can try delicious empanadas or omelettes and also geisha coffee, one of the best coffees of the world. Although i found it a bit expensive..

This is a great place for Panamanian chocolate, sauces and coffee. The owners are very engaging in explaining their products. They also serve regular breakfast as well as Panamanian breakfast plate which was delightful. Would recommend this place on many different reasons.

This is a very nice and clean place. My wife and I went here for breakfast. I loved the food (best French toast I ever enjoyed). The place has a nice atmosphere and is lovely decorated. WiFi is provided for free and it is a great place to start your day.

At Super Gourmet the english muffin with egg and cheese was delicious as well as the iced latte with vanilla. The cacao pie had the texture of freshly ground roasted cacao seeds mixed with natural sugar; it was not overly sweet. Everything I saw prepared looked fresh. Great location in the charming historic district of Panama City.

Incredible food and tremendous service! I stopped by every morning during my trip to Panama City. It's going to be very difficult for me to drink any coffee other than the Geisha served here because it was SO good!

Loved my local rice, chicken and beans lunch. Nice hot sauce also available. The host was very friendly and accommodating - spoke great English. Limited seating but customers are sprawled across the quirky room, with cooks preparing the food right in the middle. Charm and good energy

A great place to grab breakfast. Simple and tasty food, good coffee and a very friendly service. Food can take some time, so don't go there if you're in a hurry. Otherwise, definitely a great place for a good morning breakfast.

Amazing breakfast spot. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The food is fresh and the fresh squeezed juice is my favorite. Famous empanadas do not disappoint. The owner is super friendly and is happy to offer suggestions to tourists.

Great service! They make you feel very welcomed. I used to work in Casco Viejo, and had lunch here frequently. Besides their regular food optiones, they also have an outstanding panamanian/latin business lunch, for a great price (around $7). Make sure you ask for extra avocado!

French Toast I’d awesome. Also enjoyed the Super G Blood Juice, eggs and cappuccino. The owner and her team are really welcoming. This place is known by tourists but you will not be charged more if you are white.

Ordered egg muffin with chorizo and a cappuccino. The muffin came out nicely toasted and the egg was perfect.
The atmosphere is super homey and the owner is really nice too. Super clean and chill.

Super loved Super Gourmet.. this is really a special place.. excellent quality foods, with a lot of care taken in preparation.. really nice vibe, with staffs that are kind & fun and with the owner on site, checking in with everyone to ensure a good experience. Would easily recommend, great spot for breakfast, lunch, coffee..

Fun stop after a morning at the Canal Museum. Wasn’t aware it was American-owned, but it was nice to be able to get recos in English, and find a few gifts for folks back home. Great atmosphere, good lunch.

Delightful discovery in the heart of Casco! Mochaccino with banana bread hot from the oven! Wonderful vegetarian options - spinach empanada- and lentil soup are delicious! Great place for last minute gifts : coffee, rum, chocolate and Hot Sauce.

Great espresso place with awesome breakfast. This shop was across the street from my AirBNB. They serve a delicious high end medium-dark roast Panamanian espresso and food (I usually got their omlet) cooked with care. Chill atmosphere, friendly family like vibe. Very reasonable pricing. If you're a coffee nerd like me, you won't be disappointed.
