Casa Bonita - Apartamento de Lujo

It was quite pricey experience for us but it was worth it! The apartment we had was super clean with amazing view. We totally enjoyed the amenities like pool, jacuzzi and gym. Gym is amazing! You can run at the tread mill and watch the ships! I only don’t understand why jacuzzi was not heated. 😂 We went in the evening and it was chilly. It is not a complain. We went to another hotel and jacuzzi was not heated either so it must be like that every where :)

Oleaje leve, arenas blancas, pocos visitantes...

Stayed there for one month in March 2023.
The good: nice building, pretty secure. Our apartment was a two bedroom and it was very comfortable. Great view of the water and the ships entering the canal. Very close to the city. Uber was average about 4-6 dollars to anywhere in the city. Need a car to go anywhere as nothing is walking distance.
The bad: Nothing is walking distance. Need a car. Not many restaurants around and only one supermarket.
The building although nice looking ALWAYS has something broken. Most of the time two of the elevators do not work. The hot tub has not worked in months. The pool is quite small. The AC in the game room was out for weeks. There is ALWAYS construction going on and it is super noisy and annoying. The beach is really not swimmable. It is full of rocks and the tide is out most mornings until about 3pm. So all you have is rocks to look at. The building is about half full so it is super quiet as far as people, but the construction makes up all the noise.
