Cheap but worthy restaurant with panamenian lunch cuisine. They also have some Chinese dishes like Chow mein. The Gallo Pinto was very good.

If you are looking for Panamanian food, this is the best in Penonomé. Will be very busy during lunch time but the line moves fast and you get a full plate for under 5$. Also there is a lot seating with AC and wifi.

Quality food. Nice selection both cafeteria style and menu items. Very clean. REASONABLE PRICES. Reminds me of Luby's in the USA, but smaller.
