Servicio de calidad, seguridad, parking.

Deben mejorar la atención al cliente tanto por parte de sus empleados como cambiar el método que usan. Filas sin motivos y además ni café ni agua. Más empleados que clientes y casi una hora de espera. Tuve que protestar.

Absolutely a pathetic bank. Transferred funds from overseas and waited a week for it to arrive into my account. Email my account manager who replied to use Western Union instead! So went immediately to the bank on Calle 50 and asked about my transfer. The account manager wouldn't see me instead I was asked to see customer services. The service agent then told me that the transfer was denied and returned to sender. She went on to say that Canal Bank has not accepted international wire transfers for about two or three months now. What total bs. Do not open an account with this POS bank.

Had to hire a solicitor to find out where my money is because this bank is non-responsive. It's been now 4 months and my $$ is still "somewhere" except in my account. Next step is for a judge to order the funds to be found and returned. Will go all the way with this POS bank.
