While not equal to Home Depot. It's the best there is in Panama.
The checkers are friendly enough. I'm more interested in speed in a hardware store, and the checkers are fast enough. The store manager at this location is an incredible person. She is very helpful and very attentive.

Of the several locations Novey has in David, this is the newest and the nicest. The layout is customer friendly and they have a great staff.
