We had some wonderful horse rides and some really nice horses. Usually when you go on a trail ride you’re stuck on a horse that won’t do anything but walk behind the horse in front of it and this was not that! We got to gallop along the beach and it was incredible!
Lize also does a great job with the yoga. Truly a great experience.

We took the beach horse ride tour and it was fabulous! Gama is an excellent guide and even though we had very little prior horse riding experience we had no problems and found it easy to ride. Gama also provided local history along the tour and gave us some time to explore the beach and river midway through the tour.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone with any level of horse riding experience!!!

We had an amazing experience with the Indigenous Tribe Tour. Our guide had a personal connection with the members of the Indigenous family which allowed us to really see their way of life in a manner that was not exploiting. It was fascinating for my kids as well to see how people live outside of a first world, modern society. Highly recommended and an experience I will remember for many years.

A truly excellent experience. Both the beach and the nature ride have a lot to offer. The horses are expertly trained and both Gama and Lisa are wonderful people. I will definitely return.

This is the third time we go for a ride with Gama and we will certainly come back. The horses are very well behaving so you feel really safe and of course Gama is there all the time . Gama knows everything about Panamas ; plants, animals and landscape so it’s very interesting.
We love the tour on the beach of course but you must try the tour in the landscape behind on Gamas family’s property because you will have another experience and some breathtaking views.

My daughter really enjoyed the horse riding tour with Gama. Even though she can't speak Spanish, Gama still managed to explain a lot. She is an advanced rider but has never rode Western style before, she usually does dressage. She really enjoyed galloping on the beach and learned a few great skills. I would definitely recommend going on this tour with Gama, advanced or beginner.

We had a really good time while horseback riding with Gama. Even though we were inexperienced riders we felt safe the whole time and were very well looked after. Gama is a very knowledgeable guide and has a lot to tell about the beautiful landscape. The horses are exceptionally well trained and cared for. We can highly recommend booking a tour with Cocaleca!

We booked a surfing lesson and had an amazing time. The instructor was fun, personable and skilled, he had great tips for us as beginner surfers.

My friend and I loved every moment of the horse riding trip with Gama. The scenery was beautiful, through long grass, down to the mangroves, up to viewpoints where you could see for miles. We learnt lots along the way about medicinal plants traditionally used and how to ride western style - something completely new to us. The horses were perfectly behaved, we had so much fun and didn’t want it to end! Gama and Lize are great people, super friendly and helpful and made sure that the ride was well adapted to our interests and horse riding level even as experienced riders. Thank you!

Wat een super leuke rit op het strand! Gama kon goede aanwijzingen geven. Voor mij was het duidelijk wat ik moest doen (ook al spreek ik geen Spaans of Engels). Dit moet je zeker doen als je wat meer rij ervaring hebt. Het was echt heel gaaf om een keer western te rijden! Simone (10 jaar).🐴

Lize is een super vriendelijke en kundige gids met enorm veel kennis. Het bezoek met haar aan de Ngabe Bugle stam was enorm indrukwekkend. Mooi om te zien hoe haar relatie met het stamhoofd is. Als je een bijzondere ervaring wilt, dan raad ik Lize absoluut aan! En het feit dat ze Nederlands is en spreekt is wanneer je met (kleinek kinderen reist een extra pre 👌🏻

Wir haben unseren Reitausflug am Strand sehr genossen. Gama war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er ist sehr geduldig auf uns eingegangen, da wir uns mit Westernreiten nicht auskennen. Seine Begeisterung für Pferde und Natur ist spürbar. Vielen Dank für das tolle Reiterlebnis!

We hebben een enorm gave trip gedaan met Lize waar we een bezoek brachten ad Ngabe Bugle tribe. Dwars door de jungle en volledig veilig. Mooi te zien hoe de relatie is die Lize heeft opgebouwd met deze mensen.

Ich hatte einen grandiosen Ritt mit Gama nur wir zwei. Wir ritten sowohl hoch auf Berge als auch durch Magronenwälder, tiefen Schlamm und durch Rinder Herden. Mein Pferd war absolut top ausgebildet und so feinfühlig und ausdauernd und der Ritt hat mich extrem gefordert obwohl ich seit über 20 Jahren reite. Gama ist so toll auf mich eingegangen und ich hatte einen wundervollen Ritt! Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank

Es lohnt sich!
Wir waren zu viert und haben zwei Personen in der Gruppe die nicht reiten können. Trotzdem hat es Gama geschafft, dass wir alle Spaß hatten und definitiv was dazu lernen konnten.
Es war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis.
Wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen.
