El Valle de Los Andes-El Potroso del Barrigon

First of all, it is not easy to put the beauty of this place into words. Before we describe the accommodation here a few words about the hostess Maly: Even though we unfortunately did not meet her personally, we were in constant contact with her. Maly is unbelievably friendly and helpful and helped us any time we had questions. Even before our arrival in Panama she sent us a lot of information about the accommodation and a very detailed description of the way. Then to the accommodation: Already the way there is very impressive . Turning off the highway a long road leads up into the mountains and the rainforest. Once we arrived there we could not get out of the amazement. The house is located in the middle of the mountains of Panama on a huge property with countless fruit trees, a small creek and with a view of the rainforest in its rising haze, the sunlight glittering gold on the green landscape settles ... It is the perfect place to relax and be in close contact with nature. You can relax there in peace and quiet or even go on hikes through the Giant National Park for several days. The accommodation has everything you need and it is especially pleasant that it cools down at night. Special thanks to Mr. Virgiolio, who takes care to preserve the beauty of this place every day. We enjoyed our time in El Valle de Los Andes very much, thank you very much and we hope it was not the last time.

Realmente El Valle de Los Andes es un lugar muy único, tiene un ambiente cautivante. Es una sensación que te llena de esa tranquilidad que buscas para ti y tu familia.

Creo que le daría todas las estrellas que hubieran para calificar un lugar naturalmente relajante y hermoso.

Un verdadero paraiso montañoso bajo en cuidado del Sr. Virgilio, y la dueña de la finca, Maly quién es un amor de persona desde el momento en que te pones en contacto con ella y te guia ,recibe y da seguimiento hasta el último dia. Éste lugar en definitiva es uno de los mejores en relación trato, precio ,condiciones y ubicación de la finca. Es una verdadera MARAVILLA. volveremos!

Un lugar hermoso con lo necesario en la Casita para pasar un excelente fin de semana con la familia(área de la cocina con ollas y utensilios simples y una estufita para hacer las comidas, 2 baños, 2 cuartos(Uno con camarote y el otro con una cama Queen para dos personas con vista al jardín espectacular)) este lugar tiene un jardín grande con distintas especies de plantas con flores, 2 pequeñas cascadas para bañarse y disfrutar de su agua helada (Lo mejor es que tiene un acceso fácil gracias a escalones de cemento) y para finalizar disfrutar del clima característico de un bosque tropical lluvioso con su vegetación y fauna adaptada a los altos niveles de humedad del lugar.

My family and I stayed here late last year and the place is wonderful! Very nice climate, fruit to snack on (you pick), and the neighbors are very nice. My only complaint would be the toilets back up, and I wouldn't swim in the waterfal down the hill from the house if I were you ... because the septic line drains into the water.
