Porque habren tan tarde sucursal de David, en la web tienen que habren a las 8am y sin embargo abren a las 9am, cusndo se quiere hacer tramites temprano no se puede buen banco ,

Buena atención, estacionamientos vigilados x guardias de seguridad y buenos planes de préstamos y tarjetas de crédito.

Excelente oportunidad de préstamos y.buen servicio.

Excelente servicio de personal del banco y seguridad pero el horario DEBE de ser extendido hasta las 5pm lunes a viernes, y hasta las 3pm los sábados. Además Citibank debe abrir otro sucursal pequeño por Terronal.

He sentido que estan mejorando notablemente la atención. Me gusta que siempre he encontrado estacionamiento por lo que me es facil hacer depósitos aqui.

The review is about an episode of me using the ATM of this bank 2 weeks ago. That day the ATM machine was partially out of service but it was not completely clear.I tried to withdraw money, it didn't give me the money (error message at the end of the operation), 2 days later I found that this ATM took money from my bank account . Later the money was return to me with the exception of $7 . So I got $7 stolen by this ATM and I couldn't withdraw money.

Mąlisimo hacer filas fuera del banco no tiene un buen techo para cubrir del sol

The personal who seated in the front desk ,informed me that I need a $50,000 dollar deposit in order to open an account.
And that this is a Panamanian bank and would only serve Panamanian citizens .
Meanwhile I spent half hour on the phone before I left my house and I was informed that I only need $100 dollar deposit.
The website indicates the same.

Insufficient parking!!! This bank branch relocated to a downtown location, too far from the InterAmericana highway. The customer service at this location is very poor, wait times are so bad that they have chairs to sit and wait. The customer wait ticket dispenser does not function properly. Very frustrating! The security guard is friendly.

Considero que el banco necesita mejoras, algunas de las oficiales o encargadas de servicio al cliente no tienen modales o cortesía, ni buena disposición, hay negligencia en el tablero electrónico para ir a determinado servicio, las cajas o el área del servicio al cliente no esta señalizada, es difícil identificarlas cuando aparecen en el tablero electrónico, me llevo una mala impresión de este banco, deben hacer muchas mejoras, capacitar, mejorar la ingeniería del servicio que se presta. Ni pensar que están dentro de las mejores empresas para trabajar, no parece que sea un banco del top.
