So happy to see the progress of Plaza de Caisan and know that I had a hand in transforming 90 Hectares of land and the surrounding areas into thriving communities. The154th Signal BN, 1109th Sig BDE provided the Communications support for Task Force Rushmore and Operation Fuertes Caminos, providing Multi-Channel Satellite, Data switching capabilities, and a phone and switchboard network that connected back to USARSO in Panama and CONUS. Planned by myself, then 1LT Gonzales A Wesley II and SFC Harold Scotty Crowder and executed by one of the best group of soldiers the Army ever produced , Bravo Co. (and attachments), 154th Sig BN.
