A wonderful, huge green park with mostly locals enjoying the shade under the trees in the afternoon heat. You can work out in an open gym, play some games at the prepared tables, play ping pong, do your jogging workout on the special tracks around the park or just read a book on a blanket under the inspiring trees. There is also a bike park - I must say, well equipped. One of the better leisure areas or green spaces I've seen around. There are kiosks where you can get drinks, fruits, snacks or coffee. There is also plenty of parking space to park your car.

Very nice public park in the Panama City. You can walk surrounded by trees. There are open spaces with grass and it is pet friendly.

By far the most frequented park in the city and quite possibly in the country. Spacious and situated in a dense part of the metropolis. It features an abundance of activities, event spaces, sports facilities and pool. Entrance is free but you will have to pay for most activities. If you know about New York's central park, then meet our version of it.

Although you can relax on the lawn and enjoy the sun, seems like most people are not here to do that. Instead, they are either walking, jogging, bicycling, or partaking in an activity. This is very much an active park. There are a few kiosks at the entrance that sell food. There is even a public library towards the middle of the park.

One of my favorite things about this park are the rolling hills. You cannot see its entirety from any point because it is not flat. Instead, you will have to walk over one hill to see another. This is most evident when using the tracks which extend for more than three kilometers in a circle.

The parking lot will accommodate most cars during the day. But you will start to run out of luck if you arrive after five in the afternoon or on the weekend. I saw only one small facility with a few bathrooms. No toilet paper so bring your own. Their website has a lot of information pertaining to activities.

Finding the entrance is the hardest part. Very nice park. If you enjoy sports or have children I bet this will become a very common place to visit in Panama City. The trails were nice. Would recommend this park highly.

Parque Omar is probably the biggest park there is in Panama 🇵🇦. This park is amazing for walking and biking since the park stretches for miles and in a circle ⭕ which allows endless of walking and biking. Furthermore, there is plenty of activities to do such as playground and a water park for kids. As well as soccer fields ⚽, tennis fields 🎾 and basketball field 🏀, don’t worry if one is taken since there are at least 3 of each fields in the park. One other things you can do is picnic 🧺 since there so much wide space for it. There is also food stand that you could buy drinks and snacks. Overall, an amazing park to spend time with your friends and family. One recommendation that I would add to the park is sitting area in the entrance of the park since people have to stand around waiting for a taxi 🚕.

Wonderful park with trails for jogging or walking, workout equipment, an outdoor gym and even a library (not sure if it is open). Very green and shaded. Busy in the mornings and after work. Lots of grass for a picnic or frisbee game.

One of the nicest places in Panama city. Suitable for a walk, run, or just sit and relax enjoying a "raspado", ice cream or something cold for the heat (most likely it will be hot) . It has a very nice playground for kids and lots of spaces to practice sports or have a nice picnic.

A wonderful place to spend either an afternoon or an evening. The stalls that do the fruit and veg Smoothies and Milkshakes are a must accompaniment for that healthy day out, for kids and grown ups, for mind and soul.

It's a nice park to picnic, walk the dog, exercise (walk/run). The park has many trees and amenities such as playground, benches, restrooms, water fountains, swimming pool, dog park, smoothie shops, tennis court, soccer field, section for concerts/shows/events/classes free areobics and zumba and public library. You can see squirrels and birds. Very important, the park has a lot of police surveillance, which is very safe for users. The only inconvenience is that there are not many parking spaces, so you must arrive early. Enjoy it!

This is a beautiful park! Great for walkers, joggers, people walking dogs. And huge playground areas for young kids. Lots of trees to shade from the sun and in fact the path that runs all around the park is mostly shaded. They have posted names on most of the trees so a great place to get to know the indigenous trees of Panama. Near the entrance they have a couple of juice bars and a cafe. A large area for Zumba classes and washrooms close by. The park also has tennis courts, and basketball court. They have a fitness gym area as well. There are lots of people and there are SPI stationed around the park so it is very safe.

Tranquility... it was peaceful listening to the birds singing. It's a good place to do yoga when it's not wet...
It's a great place to jog, ride or walk your dog with inclines and refreshment stops and swimming pool

This is one of greatest public parks Panama has to offer. It has a lot of open green areas, great for picnics, playing freebies, soccer, or to fly a kite. It also has walking path that loops the entire park which is great for jogging or just walking with your dog, as well as a pretty nice playground structures located along the center of the park.
