Great place to spend some time with family and friends. Nice feeling.
The food is very tasty, big portions and looks great.
Good prices and service. Today the owner was the first person we met in his restaurant,
a social and friendly guy.
It is not the last time we will visit his place on our short trip to this wondelful place, Panama.
Strongly recomend this place.

Our visit to LaParada Mailbu was amazing, just as we were told by others! The food was the best, the environment was authentic and welcoming and Caleb, the owner, was sure to make an introduction, express his appreciation and was involved in all aspects.

We had delicious cod cakes to start, great jerk ribs and the fish filet with curry and coconut was the best I ever had. The portion was huge and perfectly complimented with the coconut rice!

The drinks, also top notch!

The best food I’ve eaten in a long time. The oxtails were falling off the bone and tasty impeccable! The fish, my God, the fish was so delicious. I ate everything. And that drink cleared everything right up. The owner and his wife are such amazing people. I drank, I ate, and I danced. What a great experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the fantastic food and exceptional customer service!

This is a little gem. The menu has a Caribbean twist to it (Haitian influence) and was quite wonderful. We had the ribs with mango coconut, ceviche, shrimp and croaker. The quality of ingredients and level of preparation will please a foodie while being approachable to those that just want something tasty. So good we had to go twice in a week stay. The service was great as well- informative, friendly and hospitable. I can’t say enough about our experience- it’s a must in Neuva Gorgona/Chame area.

We stopped for lunch and we felt very well. Very good food and show really nice service and beautiful environment. Pretty music. Big serving of food, we had good fish. Personnel was friendly.

La Parada had the ingredient no one can buy, and that is love. The food is impecable, the service amazing, and relaxing tropical atmosphere. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation, go!

Wonderful reopening of this local spot May, 2023. Upgrades are apparent. Our meals came out piping hot and delicious. Beverages were ice cold, and dessert was yummy.

Kaleb is an amazing host. The meals we had were superb quality, all of his suggestions just made the meal, and experience, that much better. Would highly recommend the fish in curry and coconut, and any special he has on.

Kalo was the most friendly host to our table of 4. The drinks were perfect. The food was beyond compare. Authentic, blast-of-flavour Carribean cusine that bang for buck was unparalleled. Oxtail was tender and packed with flavor!

This place is amazing every time. The food is exceptional. The owners, wife chef and husband front of house, are kind and so welcoming. Favorite dishes include the chicken in curry sauce, oxtail, and corvina. Coconut rice and ginger cocktail are a must. Family friendly.

Great place! I am not usually adventurous but decided to be surprised. The Corvina was done to perfection, the appetizer was hot and bursting with flavor... for me... honestly every bite of dinner was delicious!

We absolutely love this restaurant. The owners are personal, attentive and always make us feel at home. They offer the best Caribbean food on the Panama Oeste coast. You MUST try the ginger punch. Ask for the COVID killer. OOO wee.

Excellent ambiance with exceptional customer service. Tried several things on the menu and desert, everything was high quality with a strong variety of flavors and great attention to detail. We found a new gem in Panama. Gracias Amigos! :-)

This restaurant is an adventure in Paradise! The food and specialty cocktails are exquisite. The setting is a covered patio in a tropical garden. The vibe is Caribbean. Mssr Kalo makes you feel right at home & Sra. Elizabeth’s food is divine!

Five star dining in a coastal casual atmosphere. Chef Elizabeth prepares all dishes with fresh, homemade/grown ingredients and it shows. Her ceviche is of a perfect texture and freshness with a mild heat. Her whole filet of fish (corvina frita) is moist and has a delicious, mild flavor throughout. She makes her own mango coleslaw that is a perfect accompaniament to her filet of fish along with soft, moist tostones (green plantaines). It was complimented by a deliciously smooth glass of cold, white wine and finished with moist homemade rum cake topped with walnut pieces. By far our BEST meal in Panama during our 10 day stay. Highly recommended!

Parada Malibu is a family-owned restaurant offering a relaxing atmosphere with both shaded and outdoor seating. A gated area with a few tables and a nice shaded area under a tree offers plenty of roaming area for your dogs as this restaurant is pet friendly.

On a recent visit we had breakfast including freshly squeezed juices (pineapple) and local delicacies such as the hojaldres which were crisp and delicious.

The varied menu including red snapper, ceviche, fried chicken and a variety of snack-time treats have definitely captured our attention as we look forward to our next visit to this cozy and tasty eatery.
