Español: Me ví en la necesidad de buscar una relojería debido a que mi reloj Victorinox Swiss Army tenía dos problemas: el cristal necesitaba ser reemplazado, y también necesitaba una batería nueva. Con esto de la crisis del COVID, fué casi imposible encontrar una relojería que estuviera abierta. Fuí afortunado en encontrar que Kairós 40 había abierto un puesto de servicio en el supermercado Super 99 de Chanis. Les entregué mi reloj. Me cotizaron un precio por el cristal y otro por la batería. También me dijeron que le darían un servicio de mantenimiento al reloj. Me dieron un tiempo estimado para completar el trabajo. Estuvieron en comunicación y me dieron estatus de como iba el trabajo. Me entregaron el reloj a tiempo y dentro de lo cotizado. Estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. Tanto el Sr. Roberto como su asistente, la joven Jenny fueron muy atentos. Recomiendo esta relojería a cualquiera que necesite darle cualquier tipo de servicio a un reloj de calidad...

English: I needed to find a watch repair shop to take care of a couple of issues for my Victorinox Swiss Army watch: the crystal needed replacement, and I also needed a new battery. With the COVID crisis, it was nearly impossible to find an open watch shop. I was fortunate that Kairós 40 had recently opened a service stand in a nearby grocery store (Super 99 Chanis). I gave them my watch. I was quoted a price for both the crystal and the battery. They also said that they would provide a maintenance service. I was also given an estimated time for the work to be complete. They stayed in touch with me and gave me status, as the work progressed. They delivered my watch on time and on budget. I am very happy with the results. Both Mr. Roberto and his assistant Jenny were very polite. I have no problem recommending this shop to anyone who needs to have a quality watch serviced...
