Definitely the best place to visit if you want to have a 360 view of the city, a place with a good ambiance and perfect for spending a different night in the city 🌃

I was here for NYE, which was quite busy. When my boyfriend and I tried to get a drink we were unable to get any service at the bar for over an hour. And it wasn’t simply because it was busy, it was because the staff failed to do there job. A majority of the time 5-6 people were standing around the cash register, not taking people’s orders but just talking. I’ve worked minimum wage jobs all my life from a Starbucks barista, to McDonald’s and retail. I understand when staff can be overwhelmed and trying there best to serve all there customers as quickly as possible. The staff at BITS couldn’t be farther from it. They were horrible, refused to speak to customers for orders and just laughed at me when I asked for two beers after finally getting there attention after 45 minutes. Around an hour I finally got the attention of one waitress who took my order for two beers. All it is, is literally taking out two beer bottles for us. Instead it took her 10-15 minutes to do that. She stopped to chat with other wait staff and customers. I couldn’t believe how bad the service was and how rude the staff were. Everyone around us was absolutely upset and angry. One guy had been waiting in line for his change for over a half an hour (JUST FOR HIS CHANGE). Bottom line, don’t go here!!! If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Went to their New Years Eve event, paying $30 plus per person just to get in. Decor was fine, lighting, etc were all fine. But the issue WAS THE BARS! I have never seen bars so poorly staffed. I literally wasted over an hour waiting to get a beer. Nearly 2 hours at the bar, actually. Arrived at 10:00ish, and finally got my beer 3 minutes before midnight on New Year’s Eve. Literally thought there might be a riot, I’ve never seen a crowd so mad. It wasn’t that it was just busy or something. The employees were just standing around and moving seemingly in slow motion. The staff just stood there, it was so bizarre. Around 4 or 5 people working the bar. Seemingly conferring for minutes about tiny things like a customers bill, or tax, or something. I saw one employee just holding two glasses of ice for about 5 minutes before another bartender grabbed them from her and poured liquor in. Maybe they were all working together to make the individual drinks, in some 3 stooges esque fashion? Again. I stood at 2 of their bars for over an hour for a beer to be grabbed from the mini fridge and opened. The other bar had 2 employees who didn’t know how to make drinks and would have to pickup each individual bottle of liquor randomly, look at the drink ingredients, and set down the liquor bottle in a search to find the right liquor. Essentially they didn’t know where anything was, but at least they were actually making drinks, albeit extremely inefficiently. Just mind blowingly bad service. Every customer was so, so mad. A man waited 30 minutes to get change from his bills for his drink. Others waited 50 minutes standing at the bar only to get the wrong drink. I just couldn’t believe it. Truly, it was like something out of the Twilight zone

IT’S CLOSED! The entire hotel. Do not go.
