Chinese-Panamanian Friendship Park

If you are a fan of koi fish, then this is your park. Throw food such as crackers onto the surface of the water and see hundreds of them reveal themselves. The turtles which they share the pond with will also partake in eating. Seeing both groups together is quite a site.

This place is good to bring kids to enjoy the fish and turtles. I cannot think of any other park that has koi, which happen to be my favorite fish. Benches are conveniently built under the roof of the pavilion where you can sit and relax. This happens to be the spot where most of the koi congregate. The park undergoes maintenance but still needs a bit of work. The parking lot and entrance are free. Bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper.

You can walk around this park of three hectares in as fast as several minutes. Much longer if you stop to appreciate the statues, fish, turtles, architecture and greenery. There is a tiny trail up the hill that leads you to a small, old pagoda referred to as the meditation kiosk.

One park, two worlds. This place was made to commemorate the friendship between two countries, China and Panama. Makes perfect sense since the park is part of the historic private school across the street founded by Chinese Panamanians.

I really like this place, it's in the middle of the city and even though you can't completely drown out the noise from traffic it really feels calm and relaxing to walk around the trees, hear the birds and see the fish and turtles in the pond. This park has some ramps so it's wheelchair friendly to some point, but there are certain areas you may not be able to reach, specifically the trails. It needs a little bit of love, it does feel like the trails need a little maintenance, but it's really a nice place to quiet down or just escaping the city for a little while.

Very tranquil place. Free admission. Loads of koi and turtles for the kids. Do the mini-hike to the Pagoda on the hill for meditation.

Este lugar me transmitió una paz increíble, es hermoso, a pesar de que se encuentra ubicado a las afueras de la ciudad, es recomendado para meditar, ya que solo se escucha el sonido de los pajaritos y las hojas de los árboles cuando el viento los mueve y caen.

Me gustaría que los que vayan llevarán si fuese posible alimento para los peces y las tortugas ya qué no cuentan con eso y solo se alimentan si van visitantes y les dan algo. De lo contrario aguantan hambre.

Tiene un gran estanque con tortugas y el sonido del agua de la fuente es súper relajante.

Lugar bonito y tranquilo, como para meditar y descansar y lo mejor en el centro de la ciudad.

Es un lugar que transmite mucha paz y relajación, es muy hermoso y sus estructuras te trasladan a China. También puedes tomar buenas fotos con una temática diferente.
Hay tortugas y peces.
Para entrar debes solicitar un permiso.

Мада не превелики, изузетно лепо сређен парк у духу кинеске традиције, место где ћете уживати. Нажалост градским превозом није најбоље повезано па ако немате аутомобил, најбоље је доћи Убером

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y buenas sus estructuras de China. También puedes tomar buenas sesiones de fotos con una temática diferente.

El parque esta muy bonito, lindos árboles con bastante sombra, laguna con peces y tortugas, etc. Excelente para pasear y queda en la ciudad. Perfecto escape
