Mahendra our fabulous guide with Safari Adventure Lodge made this tour extra special. We saw the rhino, jackal, Bengal Tigers and more. We rode the dugout canoe. Hiked through the village and spoke with villagers. We enjoyed and engaged in a cultural dance. The pool was an added treat.

Worth the jungle safari. You will definitely enjoy it if you like nature and animals. Even bird watching is cool.

The park boasts a stunning array of wildlife, showcasing a diverse range of species. Although we missed sighting any tigers or cobras, our experience was still enriched by encounters with crocodiles, monkeys, spotted deer, bison, elephants, and various bird species. For any animal enthusiast, this destination is an absolute must-visit.

Beautiful park with so many different types of animals. We weren’t able to see any tigers or cobras but we were able to see crocodiles, monkeys, spotted deer, bison, elephants, and many different types of birds. We even saw one rhinoceros just stroll into Sauraha while we were enjoying our evening there. Absolute must visit if you’re an animal lover.

Chitwan National Park is a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers. For me, it's a place where every rustle in the foliage holds the promise of an encounter with the wild.

The park's lush landscapes, home to majestic Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceroses, and a multitude of bird species, make every safari a thrilling adventure.

The sights and sounds within this UNESCO World Heritage site paint a vivid canvas of Mother Nature at her finest, leaving indelible memories and a profound appreciation for the untamed beauty of our planet.

We booked a Jeep Safari. I know this safari barely covered much of the national park since it is huge but it was still worth it to see the beauty of the deep forest, floras, faunas and sometimes spotting animals.

Such an amazing place! We spotted a lot of deers, peacocks, langur, rhinos, elephants and so many different birds, but the most of it the beautiful color of kingfish birds. We are so lucky we also spotted slothbear. We spend a night in a tower to catch the tiger, but then we spotted lots of gharials, chilled next to the river bank. Have a lot of insights about Gharial from our guide, Ganesh. No doubt if we gonna come back here again and explores more in the National Park. Highly recommended place to stay and to arrange this beautiful private safari and night stay in the tower, is Happy Lemon Tree Lodge. The place is really close to the river bank and couple of night before we left the Chitwan and go back to Kathmandu, we spotted a couple of leopard. Really amazing!

Chitwan National Park is in Chitwan ,Nepal. It is most underrated tourist place among all the tourist place in the Nepal . Maximum people only stay one night in Chitwan. According to me one must stay minimum two nights to enjoy the Chitwan. The night life in Chitwan is very enjoyable. Many Resturent open Resturent only open in the night time only . In this Resturents one can do camp fire or just sit in a armchair in the riversite while enjoying the candel light dinner. If Some one want they can also play the guitar or sing a song. In Chitwan National Park there are many kind of safari like inside Park safari, buffer zone safari, In / out safari. The safari I choose it cost 1040 Nepalese Rupees. Dont except to see Tiger in the jungle safari in the Chitwan National Park which is also clearly tell by Guide. Rihno, crocodile, deer can be seen in the safari.Jungle Walk, Elephant Riding, Night Stay at watch Tower, Special Bird watch in Chitwan National Park is also available. Nepal' s one and only Elephant Breeding Center is in Chitwan National Park, which is also open for tourist. The only bad thing is for tourist amusement the core area is getting destroy by business person ,they light up high power light , play the DJ and loud musics , making more hotels and bars ,all of these thing distroy Silence of the Jungle which also the beauty of a jungle and also disturb the Animals.

I booked one day walk tour with morning canoa.

We saw crocodile eating snake. Tiger kind of in the far but everyone was so excited as this isn’t an usual one to see, and rhino way too nearby, scaryyy.😁 And of course peacocks, deers, monkeys, birds. It was a beautiful adventure. I have realised how brave the guides are!!! They are risking their lives every day to show us around this spectacular wild place. Walking 20 km daily! They don’t have much other option as there isn’t many jobs in here. This place is a different universe.

Entrance fee to the park is 2000, guide 2000 (make sure to have two guides always!!).

A wonderful national park at the south of the country, next to the borders with India. Established in 1973, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984, and home to so many amazing species. It covers a huge area of 953 square klm and it is visible by tourists.

The most famous animals are deers, crocodiles, rhinoceros, elephants and tigers, although the latter is considered a very rare site. The fauna and flora that is preserved and protected covers thousands of species.

There is also an elephant breeding center.
In the park you enter only with a guide and you can go walking, canoeing, jeep or elephant safari.

Went for the 4 hours safari but due to the high grass there’s nothing much to be seen, luckily during the jungle walk I managed to see some rinos.

Elephant breeding center is abit depressing but you gotta so what you need to do.

Dense Jungle, super tall elephant grass, rhinos, crocodiles and lots of dear. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful place. Many hotels also stopped elephant riding and jeeps are very limited in the park. Nepal is doing well protecting their nature/wildlife

There are lots of type of tour they offer and we took 2 hours tour. Luckily we saw different types of animals and the famous was Rhino.

Better you take elephant ride rather then jeep safari as you won’t be able to enjoy much in jeep and feel natural experience of going inside the biggest natural park.

Also make early morning ride as it would be cool weather and you won’t be exhausted.

Elephant rider was very good and young but most of them hardly speaks English.
I wish they could be train to speak English too.

Suggestion: take a elephant ride in the morning or evening. In this time the animal walk around for food so you might encounter one at that time.
