Overall good but need some changes regarding queue and parking is problematic

Easy bank for trade with Indian suppliers.

Many years ago I made sct card so I could use it while I was in India. They told me I would be getting free withdrawal for certain number of times,that didn't happen. I was charged every single time.

If there would be 0 I would have given 0 star..
First thing, they don’t bother to pick up the call and if they pick up, they don’t have manners to talk. I must have called at least 30 times to ask about passbook but they just pick up and say hello and then bang the phone.

People really need to improve their communication skills and behave professionally.
If this review will go to any senior manager or owner, I really request that don’t spoil your bank’s reputation and hire some trained people or give them training for how to work professionally and how to speak to your customers.

First thing, they don’t bother to pick up the call and if they pick up, they don’t have manners to talk. worst service. main the loan department officer . if some customer is asking for the detail which they did not know about officer were very rude and did not clarify things and cut the phone.

@Hetauda branch. Asst Branch Manager has to realise that all banking institutes are working for customers and treat a customer with appropriate respect the way we as customers shows to them. A simple good behaviour to an another human at least.

worst service ever......
They all are busy in their own private phone call . They don't care about customers.
Don't come here if you expect the best service from the bank.

Worst bank ever to deposit or withdraw money I have to go outside to copy my Identity which they required. Bad service, rude staff, nothing is good about this bank and staff working here.
