I have personally visited alot of vehicle service centres. Be it company's official service cenntre or third party service centre but the best service center i have been to so far is this Ford Service Centre with proper vehicle care as well as proper customer care. Customer service is awesome. customer lounge is awesome. From the customer lounge we can see our vehicle being repaired through glass window as well. Comfortable seats available while waiting. AC included inside the lounge. We can read magazines or watch tv. Free snacks, cold drinks and hot drinks available inside the lounge. Staffs come to ask for feedbacks to improve their service.

It's a service center for Ford vehicles in Kathmandu. Good people and service.
