Angebot von weniger als 3 Std. fur Installation Wechselrichter wurde 4 Std. auf Rechnung von 267,79 E. Musste erst 6 Wochen auf Ausfurhrung warten. Sollte die Grundarbeit nicht selbst anfertigen. Am Tag selbst, 26.01.2022, hatte der Mechaniker jedoch viel Zeit und ging uber Auftrag hinaus. Nicht konsistent. Auf mein Gegenangebot (2 Std.) kam schliesslich Gegenvorschlag von Pauschalrechnung von 200 E, ohne inhaltliche Argumente. Daher nicht zufrieden. Der Gegenvorschlag habe ich akzeptiert, aber es war Lankhorsts erster und letzter Auftrag.

Habe vor Ort nach einem Ersatzteil angefragt,der Verkäufer war richtig desinteressiert.Wollte anscheinend nur Neugeräte verkaufen.Sind gleichzeitig mit einem anderen Kunden eingetreten,die anscheinend ein Neugerät kaufen wollten.Als er uns abgewimmelt hatte,ging er schnell zum anderen Kunden.Und dann wundern die sich,warum man alles online kauft bei dem Nicht-Service.Würde auch 0 Sterne geben wenn ich es könnte
