Bought a used PRS guitar from them.

Communication was good, shipping was fast, no problem.

Unfortunately I was not pleased with the guitar but only because I'm a picky man. Package was good, the guitar was very well built.

I asked for a refund but had to deal with some transporter issues during those christmas times... The Dijkmans Music crew was kind enough to understand what kind of problems I was dealing with and extended the return window.

Now the guitar is back with them my money was refund, no problem at all. It is all a matter of trust :)

I’m from Belgium and I had a hard time finding a great guitar shop that has PRS’s in my country. I now have a new favourite Music shop !. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, the store itself is very cozy, much better than other big industrial shops. The selection of gear inside is incredible! There is a luthier that will setup your guitar and they respond to email very quickly ( both are rare today).
And on top of all, the prices for what I bought were the same or cheaper than on Thomann.
Don’t waste your time on the internet, this is the best shop I’ve been to.

LOVELY! I live in Sweden and was looking for a purple burst Ibanez gio, pretty much EVERYWHERE in Europe....Decided to go with Dijkmans. And it was VERY well packaged! Even got a nice little note. Definitely will shop here more for rare guitars if needed!

I had a great experience testing basses at this shop. They have a luthier at hand who set a couple of basses up for me to try (one of which I ended up buying) and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of dropping by or ordering from their webshop.

I bought a Sire V7 Marcus Miller Bass here online. Im from the Canary Islands so Im used to online shopping and let me tell you Im beyond happy with the purchase and their customer service, they were extra friendly and helpful sending requested pictures of the bass and the bass arrived in less than a week!! Went in to check out some PRS guitars as they have a really big range in store. Was helped wonderfully and ended up coming home with a ESP LTD BK-600 after trying many guitars.
