I am client since 2009 and I have always appreciated the service and the competence. On 12/04/2024, on an emergency situation related to security across my business network, I visited the store (in a panic) close to the closing time. Thom, store manager, referred me to Cas, a senior staff member who helped through all security checks, extra details, double-checking all steps for the purpose of ensuring my peace of mind. The problem was addressed, solved, and at the end a prospect timeline was provided to ensure I could keep track of the recovery. Quality of service, people focus at a time of distress and an excellent sense of humour. I highly recommend the shop and for sure I am very grateful to Cas at this time. Well done!

My Macbook Pro of 5 years broke down and had to be replaced, luckily I had insurance on it.
If it wasn't for Remy the store manager with. outstanding customer skills and his kind and knowledgeable team, I would still be waiting for my replacement computer.

After waiting for 1 month without any proactivity from the insurance company, Remy intervened and sorted out in just a couple of days.

I originally took My laptop in for repairs and was charged €79 for a consultation fee. A few days later I received an estimate of what it would cost to have My laptop fixed. It would come to almost €700. I was upset, but was reminded that I have iCare through Harmony insurance. I returned to the store and let them know I was insured. They quickly put things in order and I was told I would not have to pay anything for repairs. Today My wife received an email from Apple. Unfortunately My laptop could not be repaired, Motherboard and hard drive were fried 😭 But since I am insured they would replace it with one of equal value. I immediately returned to AMAC Eindhoven. My laptop was 2+ years old and they did not make My model anymore. So they gave Me the newest model! Even better than My original! I’m very grateful and happy I did not have to come out of pocket for a new laptop! And I even get My consultation fee back. Thank You AMAC Eindhoven, iCare and Harmony insurance for turning My initial unsavory ordeal into a Great experience! 🙏🙏🙏🥰

I had visited Amac Eindhoven for the Keyboard Service Program for the MacBook Pro. After making an appointment, I arrived at the store and an employee immediately helped me with my issue. Then, after handing in my MacBook Pro, I had to wait less than a week to get the fully repaired product back. Quick and easy, friendly staff and good service.

I had to visit aMac for a battery replacement of my iPhone. I had made an appointment via Apple's support website and at aMac I was assisted in a fast and accurate manner. I handed in my phone at 11:20 and at 13:00 I got an e-mail that the repair is done. They do charge +10 euros from what Apple does, but this is still reasonable (comparing to traveling to Amsterdam). I received my phone back with a new battery and everything was working in good order. Pleasant experience and very friendly staff.

Service was brilliant, I had a problem with my iPhone and they got a technician to look at it straight away, they understood the problem and although they couldn't fix it there it got sent away for repair which I'm happy with, they even got me coffee whilst I waited, really nice guys

Great experience in buying an apple iWatch series 3 from here.though it's a premium reseller but also sells the new Apple products and has a provision of buying on EMI for expats as the other stores don't allow emi for the expats

Very professional, repaired within a few days. They know what they are talking about and can really help make choices or explain the problems.

Came with a friend to buy a present for someone, we were disappointed when we found out that one deal we thought the shop had was no longer there but luckily a nice employee checked in the back in case and found what we were looking for.

Super geholpen door David, mijn telefoon had geen ontvangst meer, hij heeft gereset, updates uitgevoerd, overal de tijd voor genomen, ik ben super geholpen en alles werkt weer als een zonnetje. Toen ook nog heel fijn geholpen Dennis voor een nieuw horlogebandje. Fijne winkel!

Apple Watch gekocht. Helaas was de oplaadkabel al binnen 2 weken en 1 dag kapot en ik kon niet eerder komen ivm werk. Toch super geholpen door de medewerker. Kreeg alsnog een nieuwe lader terwijl eigenlijk de gehele horloge met oplaad kabel omgeruild moest worden. Aangezien mijn horloge verder wel opgeladen werd werd het zo alsnog opgelost! Ik ben super blij met de geboden oplossing!

Ik ben geholpen door Ole met de aanschaf van mijn nieuwe Apple voor mijn bedrijf zeer kundig en goed advies gekregen van een echte Apple man Thuis liep ik vast met het nieuwe systeem wat heel anders was dan mijn oude Apple waarna Remi mij telefonisch zeer geduldig en behulpzaam door alles heen geholpen heeft Alles werkt als een zonnetje dank jullie wel heren jullie zijn een klant rijker.
