Ordered my watch from them around January and it arrived about a week later. The condition of the watch was as stated and documented on their website, which I was very pleased with. It was a pleasure communicating with Robbin on my purchasing decision and the purchase was smooth as butter (the particular watch I bought also happens to be the watch I'll wear on my wedding). I would definitely buy another watch from them, great collection and just a pleasure!

Just received my vintage automatic Omega Seamaster from B&O watches, could not be happier. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I had originally planned to buy a different watch and mentioned to them that I had been looking for a 90s seamaster for months. As luck would have it they had just got one in and I was able to secure it.

Great service! My Omega was delivered within 3 days after purchase. Good pricing. Watch is in fantastic condition, as good or even better than in the pictures. Added pressure testing results and warranty card are nice bonuses. Highly recommended.

I can’t speak too highly about Robbin & Rutger’s customer service: nothing seemed too much trouble. I had made an impulse offer - which they kindly accepted - on the eve of a trip abroad and so wouldn’t have been at home for the delivery. No problem, they promptly coordinated a timed delivery for the day after my return.

Moreover, as it was my first time purchasing from them, I also had a zillion questions all of which were replied to in practically real time, exhaustively and with courtesy and professionalism.

I believe that all this is the kind of service which, not only gives peace of mind to newbies like me, but, above all, deserves a good review to be shared with other potential buyers hence my five stars 👍

Lastly, the watch: what can I say?
Exactly as described, a lovely vintage, 80s gem from Omega in immaculate, tip-top condition complete with a full service history (including which parts had been changed and when) all carefully packed up with care in courtesy travel pouch and delivered to my door in super rapid time.

These guys deserve kudos for such a great transaction so, word to the wise, check them out as they have great watches at reasonable prices accompanied by truly excellent customer service.
