Great little Action. Reasonably new and as such tidy and well laid out. Staff friendly and choice and pricing pretty good.

Mooi plaatsje in het Zuid-westen van Friesland. Mooi oud en pittoresk plaatsje. Gezellige winkeltjes en oude smalle straatjes en steegjes. Mooi rondje om de oude kerk smalle straatjes met mooie bloeiende bomen. Vooral de oude haven met oude huisjes is mooi om te zien. Wij hadden de mazzel dat er een zeilvereniging met hun oude Friese platbodems in de haven lag. Grou heeft leuke en gezellige terrassen waar je heerlijk in de zon wat kan eten of drinken. Net buiten het centrum een mooie grote Lidl of Jumbo voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. Grou is een aanrader voor iedereen.

Grou is a town in the province Friesland of the Netherlands and had around 5655 citizens in January 2017. Since 2014 Grou is part of the municipality of Leeuwarden. The town is located on the Pikmeer lake and the Prinses Margrietkanaal. Heineken operated a distribution centre for Friesland in Grou for 25 years until 2004. source
