Goed geholpen met uitzoeken, staat nu een hele mooie keuken in ons huis. Keuken pas na paar maanden kunnen plaatsen en toen bleek dat er nog wat kleine onderdeeltjes nodig waren, konden we dat ophalen in het magazijn

Good initial greeting with a friendly salesperson guiding us to select a kitchen that would fit great with our needs and budget.

The problem was the delivery and customer service.

-Delivery was supposed to be in early January but was not completed before August.
-Customer service kept providing wrong information and never took responsibility for any errors AFTER we paid by IDEAL.

In the end, the kitchen became very lovely, but the experience with installing the kitchen was harrowing due to misleading and sometimes outright lies from customer service.

My advice is to buy from someone else.

This review thread replaces a line of bad reviews where the score was under two and with hundreds of complaints.
