Bij het eerste contact merk je het al, klantvriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Ook op de locatie zelf proef je de vriendelijke sfeer.
Wat mij opviel, ik belde voor werktijd, antwoordapparaat gaf aan dat men vanaf zeven uur telefonisch bereikbaar was. Ruim voor zeven uur werd ik door een medewerker teruggebeld met de vraag, u had gebeld wat kan ik voor u doen?
Een dikke pluim voor de mensen daar!

Kwaliteit van bestrating valt tegen , facturatie was direct een aanmaning. Misschien handig om eerst een factuur te mailen ;/

Vriend van mij aangereden door betontruck van dit bedrijf. Chauffeur doorgereden naar Akkrum. Vriend erachteraan en bij bedrijf verhaal gehaalt. Bedrijf beschuldigd vriend van liegen. Zeer onproffesioneel. Nemen hun verantwoordelijkheid niet. Voor mij reden om voor mijn werk nooit met dit bedrijf in zee te gaan.
