Deel van onze bestelling niet gekregen, zonder enig bericht of creditfactuur. Creditering liet 2 maanden op zich wachten, opnieuw zonder enig bericht hierover.
Je kan er dus niet zomaar vanuit gaan dat alles wat je bestelt wordt geleverd. Teleurstellend.

Midden april bestelling geplaatst, geen informatie gekregen over leverdatum. Na zelf contact op genomen te hebben, wel te horen gekregen dat het begin mei zou toekomen...
Uiteindelijk eind mei opnieuw contact opgenomen. Mijn pakket was nog niet verzonden. Hierop hebben ze het wel onmiddellijk laten overkomen. Pakket was veilig verpakt.
