Ik heb gebeld omdat ik wat vragen had over een product. Werd snel en prima te woord gestaan. Daarna bestelt en bestelling was netjes verpakt aangekomen. De verzending duurde even, maar dat staat vooraf duidelijk op de website. Ik heb daar geen enkel probleem mee gehad. Je moet alleen alles even goed lezen. Persoonlijk vind ik dit een aanrader.

Duidelijke website, groot assortiment, wij bestellen hier vaker, mijn ouders hebben ook geregeld besteld!

I honestly do not recommend the online store. when I was not fully reimbursed for the purchase on the website, I was informed that this money 7€ is the administrative cost for returning the transfer, then I was told that the same 7€ is a joke for people who do not read it, then that it is a penalty for people who know that a license is needed for a given product, but they order it. Very unprofessional behavior and inability to explain the lack of €7 with the refund. I understand that I was at fault by selecting the options and that the €7 is non-refundable, but it could have been communicated normally, not downright insulting.

Afficheren onkruidbestrijder met glyfosaat als hoofding en zetten dan onkruidbestrijder met azijnzuur te koop. Zo kan ik ook iets vlot verkopen. Van boerenbedrog gesproken.
