Very good service at the location, had to wait a while but no problem. They also managed to make my order home delivery as it was heavy while carrying it.
Exceptional as always, they have earned a loyal customer.

Excellent attention from the guy who helped us, he showed us all the options that could fit what we were looking for.

Finally we bought a handmixer and a monitor and they have worked very well, we feel very comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, from the guy who greeted us at the door and offered us tea or coffee.

They also told us something that showed me the commitment they have to customer satisfaction: “If I tried the handmixer and I didn't like it, I could return it.”

They have very good prices, I found a scanner at a cheaper price than at Media Markt.

I will come back.

The guy who assessed us answered all our questions and gave us great advice. That along with the good return policy they have, made my purchase a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back.

At first the store made me nervous because it gave me the impression that they only sell mobile phones and not the product I wanted, but that was not the case. The wait is pleasant and while you wait you can enjoy a glass of water or a drink.
Perhaps one of the kindest services I had in a store in Eindhoven. The employee who served me was initially pleasant and very willing to listen to me and understand my needs for the product I wanted. He explained to me pros and cons of it, add-ons that would be good to buy but without exaggeration. The pressure to buy something extra wasn't too much and that made me feel at home. The service for me was really very good and fast. He gave me directions and instructions that will be useful to me in the future as well as the ways in which I will be able to get in touch with the store in case of need.

Marvellous! Really marvellous! I knew what I needed, asked for it, got a cup of coffee, wandered around the shop for a short while, got the thing. We even flipped a coin for what colour it had to be. Great!

The staff are so chill, adaptive to many languages, progressive atmosphere (futuristic, from any mainstream store US or DE/NL). They are quick to banter and relate well to what's brought to them. Enjoyable to see how they work. It was a bit busy, but I'm old school, so I see their relevance, respectfully and patiently. ;)

I went to pick up the play station 5, the personnel treated me very friendly! I love this place and their customer service.

Bought a camera online from them. It was a second chance product (returned product that you can buy for a more affordable price). The camera is like new, although its shutter count was more than 6k (they should check whether their customers are not fooling them before accepting something back). But I was happy anyway. However there was no shoulder strap in the box. I went to the store and they solved my problem ordering a brand new shoulder strap for me. Problem solved in the day after with a bike home delivery. The guy who brought the strap also asked me whether I had any old device batteries that could be disposed. Green and effective service so far! Special thanks for the delivery guy and Gaby, who was very kind and helpful.

There is literally not one company in the world. That has their standard of customer satisfaction. Even if you do pay a few bucks more, its an insurance for great service and reliability. Which is actually worth 10 times the price of just that few bucks for me.
