Mooie meubelen maar abominabele service. De zeer dure stoel die ik heb gekocht, heeft een scheve zitting. Ik probeer al ruim een maand iemand in huis te krijgen die kan zeggen hoe dit probleem opgelost kan worden maar krijg gewoon 0 op het request. Te druk, terwijl ik zo ongeveer om de hoek woon dus veel tijd vergt het niet. En ook al zou men een half uur moeten reizen om de stoel te beoordelen, het zou gewoon bij de service moeten horen om dit snel op te lossen.
