Great service and great shoes! This felt more like personal shopping than typical ecommerce service. Contact with both Robert and Niels was always very friendly and helpful. As a result I now have shoes that fit my feet like a second skin, except this skin is made from super stiff carbon and durolite. I'm happy!

Very pleased with my purchase of Bont heel pads from Reins. Once shoe surface was cleaned then simple job of glueing rubber heel pad in place with supplied screw head.
Works a treat.
