Groovement Dance

Groovement dance gives me inspiration, energy, a better connection with my body and suppleness in mind and body. The lessons trigger me to think and move out side the box whilst respect my body. And; it is a lot of fun!

I love to join the Groovement classes after a day of work, it helps me to empty my mind en become aware of the sensations in my body. Besides that, I think the people that come here, including the teachers, are really nice. It is a safe space open for every body, level and age.

I love Fernanda's dance workshops! She always creates a warm and safe atmosphere where there is space for improvisation, playfulness and interaction with the other dancers. Each session is a new mix of inspirations that support the personal and intimate movement exploration of possibilities and sensations with and through the body. I love how sometimes special tools (like little lights) are integrated in the experience, bringing additional elements to the personal exploration. The space is also very comfortable: a spacious yet not too wide room which makes the experience intimate. Highly recommend to try it, regardless of the personal dance experience.

Groovement is a perfect way to regain the connection between body and mind. I always leave with a better feeling then I arrived with :)

Fernanda is a wonderful, encouraring, creative and original personality.
With a careful eye and a sensitive ear, she sees and hears what is neccessary to let her dancers and pupils get the most out of them selves. I can highly recommend Fernanda and her inspiring method Groovement!

I highly recommend the classes. They are guided with a lot of passion and encouragement, with space to explore the possibilities of the body on your own. Very welcome atmosphere for all the levels and movement styles!

I really enjoy going to Groovement Dance! There's such a warm and soft enviroment. Exploring new ways of moving and new ways of dealing with limits. The classes feel accessible for anyone; form professional to amateur dancelovers. Highly recommend!

De sessie gisteren, dinsdag, 24 October 23, begeleid door Djula Naber, was super leuk en inspirerend! Heel fijne impulsen en muziek voor bewegingen.

Zeer leerzame techniek om je bewust te worden van je lichaam en mogelijkheden tot beweging. Tevens heel bevrijdend en leuk om te doen. Fernanda is een bevlogen en talentvolle docent. Ik gebruik wat ik leer door groovement in mijn eigen werkpraktijk

Fijne lessen! Er is geen enkele presentatiedruk, alleen maar ervaren en proberen. Zeker een aanrader!
