Before I ordered a RME - ADI 2 DAC I emailed them with regards to the VAT issue for outside of the EU delivery and received the reply very shortly. After that the item was ordered on the 23rd of March, paid and wow, dispatched to Kazakhstan on the 24th of March. Took some time to custom clear it due to stupid Kazakhstan (EEU) regulations, nonetheless, I am happy owner of the RME - ADI 2 DAC, which cost me less than from the US market. Rene, a person who was in touch with me during the process is the best!

Ordered some parts from SFB - they were shipped to the wrong address. When I contacted them to fix the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do due to it already being in transit. "Hope it is not causing too much trouble for you" was the only comment offered. No refund for the cost of shipping, no store credit, no attempt to solve the problem on their end. Now I have to contact the residents at the address it was shipped too and jump through hoops to get my shipment.
