Great Crossfit box! Coach knows how to work with groups, while you get personal tips to increase your personal fitness level as well. He helps you point out individual strengths and weaknesses and motivates you to work on them to improve yourself. There's a very relaxt atmosphere in this box. People are friendly and always up for a chat!
