Honden groeien op in een warme, liefdevolle fijne omgeving. Dat is ook duidelijk te zien aan het gedrag van de honden. Onze hond, Bram, heeft zijn eerste levensjaar hier gewoond. Bram is ontzettend sociaal naar andere honden en mensen en luistert heel goed, dat heeft hij hier geleerd.

Lieve behulpzame mensen die goed voor mijn hond tijdens onze vakantie hebben gezorgd

we left our dog in their care for just over 2.5 weeks. when we picked him up, he was a malnourished, underfed and skittish. he was brought to the vet, and he had lost almost 10 kilos. his belly is drawn out, ribs poking through and backbone sticking through like a dog you would see on an advertisement for animal abuse. he was very greasy, and his hair was falling out. it was disgusting, and i regret leaving my boy in their care. for reference he is a boxer/ridgeback mix at just over a year old, so not a small dog, and he is an energetic fool, but very sweet and good natured. most boxer owners should know what im talking about.

My dog is a handful, so we recommended they use our "gentle leader" for walks. we were getting to the point where he almost doesnt need it, but he gets excited easily so we still use it. they refused, and then complained about him pulling on walks. they also said they would supply food during his stay, but it must be a limited amount, because the amount of muscle mass he lost is disgusting. now when i feed him, he practically pushes his face through the bowl, hes so frantic about it. his personality has also changed, being in a constant state of worry, and his energy went from being a constant fun spastic nut to sleeping most of the day.

there is not a single possibility of me ever bringing my dog here again, and i would never recommend it to anyone. my dog is a part of the family, and the way he was treated was disgraceful. i have included a before and after picture, and its even worse in person. when i hold him i only feel bones
