We had a great experience with Open Makelaars Arnhem.

As a foreigners, we were always concerned about the process of buying home in The Netherlands. As a first time house buyers, we did a lot of research to choose best broker office that can understand us, what we want, and also understand our concerns.

After an intensive search, and many interviews with different offices, we decided to move forward with Open Makelaars. In the beginning of the process, Sergej helped us a lot by explaining their way of working and the services they offered. He also made sure about reserving viewing slots for us when needed, and stay in touch with us.

Ron was always there for us during viewing, and provided his expert feedback about the houses, infrastructure, the quality of the building, and issues he observed.

When we decided to make an offer, Ron also suggested excellent way of giving an offer/negotiate, and we indeed won our 1st offer with the help of him.

Lorena was always responsive for all of our questions and coordinated communication for us between the team members.

These team is really professional and the number one of what they do. You can expect to find very responsive and helpful people which walk with you during the whole process.

I personally can suggest anyone to at least give a chance to them and have an introduction meeting. We had wonderful experience with those guys.

Sometimes it was a little bit messy with communications or things were last minute.

It was confusing as it was our first home to be bought.

But when there are more parties involved communicating can be difficult and it takes times till everyone has there answers.

I would have liked it if we knew more about all the steps that were taken during the process.
So we were more involved and up to date about everything…

For the rest it was perfect and I really recommend them for you!

Being an expat I really enjoyed services offered by open makelaars. The whole team was super helpful in particular Jeroen (our real estate agent) and Sergej. We were able to get a house of our dream. Also I highly recommend their financial mortgage advice services. Martin takes care of that and he has been super helpful too.

We zijn super goed geholpen door Open Makelaars. We wisten eerst niet echt wat onze mogelijkheden waren maar na 1 gesprek met Martin was er een heel fijn en goed gevoel bij Open Makelaars, vervolgens zijn we ook met Open Makelaars in zee gegaan voor de aankoop van onze eerste woning en ook daar ben zijn we zeer tevreden over. Heb een woning weten te bemachtigen dankzij deze makelaar. Als ik ga verkopen dan krijgen hun ook van mij de gelegenheid om het te doen. Heb 2 andere makelaar bureau”s gehad en 60 bezichtigen waar bijna altijd werd gelogen of gezwegen ivm een huisdieren allergie. Open makelaars is op dit gebied tot nu toe de beste.

Alleen maar lof voor het team van Open Makelaars na de verkoop van onze woning in Arnhem. Voor aanvang van het traject hebben we gevraagd om een realistisch beeld m.b.t. de verkoop van de woning. Hoe ziet de tijdlijn eruit? Wat zijn de verwachtingen qua kijkers? Wat voor biedingen kunnen we verwachten? Aan het eind van de rit kunnen we alleen maar concluderen dat alles precies zo gelopen is als Ron van te voren had aangegeven. Sergej heeft de bezichtigingen verzorgd en hield ons super snel en duidelijk op de hoogte m.b.t. het verloop. Verder is het team makkelijk te bereiken via telefoon of whatsapp en krijg je vrijwel altijd meteen antwoord op je vragen. Open Makelaars, bedankt!
