Stadshotel Steegoversloot

Stadshotel is a gem. We spent a very enjoyable few days here and could have happily stayed longer. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The furniture and furnishings were of high order. The staff were always friendly and helpful and coffee and cakes in the Coffee shop together with the breakfast menu were excellent. The Hotel is in a quiet area and well located for an easy walk (5 - 10 mins) into old historic Dordrecht. Five stars through out well merited.

My stay at this hotel has been a great pleasure. The owner of the hotel was ready to leave all his other duties to bring me to my business location in next city because no taxi was available. This is what I call exceptional Service.

On this occasion I didn't have the opportunity to stay overnight. I did however have a most delicious lunch at their café restaurant at the back of the hotel. We can sit on the terrace when the weather permits). The dessert from Christa's Cookies was truly scrumptious! Do go and visit when you are in Dordrecht.

Stayed one night. I checked in late after 6 pm so, they emailed me the instructions where to find keys etc.
Everything went smooth. Room was clean and spacious.
The staff was also kind polite.
Overall it was good to stay.

A very nice boutique hotel. I was in room 8 on the top floor and the view was great if you like looking down a relatively quiet street. The windows open, the elevator is a "lift", bathroom was great, bed was a dual mattress queen. Very quiet. Easy walking to many places in the historic downtown. Breakfast was good. They have a locked in area to lock your bike for the night. Zero complaints. As another review said, you need to check in at the cash register of the cafe.

A quirky, unique boutique hotel in the heart of historic Dordrecht. Check-in is at the cash register of the bakery, which is part of the hotel. A type of freight elevator takes you to your floor. In the bathroom dowels are used as door knobs. But don't let that deter you, it all adds up to its charm. This hotel is just over one year old. Check-in was done by the owner Remco, nice gentlemen, willing to assist us with all our needs. Made sure, we had a room that was mobile scooter accessible. Room we had was a good size, very comfortable bed, proper bathroom with all amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Enough items on the menu to give us variety during our 3 night stay. Staff very friendly and attentive. And all this, within walking distance of historic Dordrecht center. Highly recommend.

I mistook when making the reservation and they helped me to move it forward to my wished day. I have not yet arrived in the hotel but these sort of gestures are something to be very grateful about . They could have merely charged me twice but they acted in the human way. My sincere thanks

An extremely cute locally owned hotel with an amazing breakfast. It's also a bakery so the food and coffee are excellent. All the staff were helpful and friendly. It's small but cute and clean. The room was modern but cozy. The shower has no door, which is great if you're a couple, but might not be if you're friends sharing a room. It's on a quiet street; a 5 min walk to downtown. Recommended.

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful part of Dordrecht, very near the Museum and an easy walk to downtown. Friendly staff, with large rooms and a terrific breakfast and outdoor seating area. Excellent value. My favorite hotel during a seven-day trip through the Netherlands. The hotel also has a perfect little cafe and patisserie. The smells were wonderful.

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in my life, but this one ranks in the top of the list. Beautiful room, very kind and helpful personel, breakfast and dinner (both in the room because of the Corona measures) were exquisite! The hotel is situated in the middle of the historic center of Dordrecht and very reasonably priced.

Amazing place. Great location rooms and service. Sold a vegan cake and oat milk. Vegan breakfast if you ask. Owners very friendly.

Everything here was just perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. This is the place to stay!

Hier geweest voor een huwlijksjubileum met mijn vrouw. Mooie kamer (helemaal bovenin) en goede service bij het bestellen van ons ontbijt in de ochtend. Het romantisch pakket was mooi gedaan met lekkers op een tafeltje, en roosjes op het bed; Een extra compliment voor de badkamer, heel smaakvol en handig ingericht vond ik. Dank voor een fijne ervaring voor mij en mijn vrouw.

Prachtig hotel op loopafstand van parkeergarage. De leukste en knusse kamer op zolder. Heerlijk geslapen en ontbeten. Een echte aanrader, gewoon top.

Topper! Eén aanrader. Zalig stil in de kamer, zalig geslapen. Het ontbijt is a la carte en zeer lekker. Super vriendelijk allemaal. Wij komen zeker terug! Steven en Sofie

Door omstandigheden het verkeerde hotel geboekt. Zeker geen spijt! Schitterend "no nonsense" hotel. Prachtige ambiance en zeer vriendelijke bediening. Ontbijt ook meer dan gemiddeld. Beslist voor herhaling vatbaar!
