What a cool Shop!

Er ging iets mis bij de bestelling, in plaats van bezorgen kon ik het pakketje ophalen in Roermond. Eric van The Box vond dit echter al vreemd omdat hij zag dat ik uit Amsterdam kom en heeft alsnog het pakketje laten bezorgen, met een persoonlijke begeleidende brief hoe om te moeten gaan met de suede schoenen. Ongelofelijk attent en klantvriendelijk handelen door The Box en Eric in het bijzonder. 5 meer dan verdiende sterren dus!

Tijdje terug online sneakers gekocht bij The Box. De Karhu schoenen zijn geweldig! Ook het contact met de shop en de boodschap in de verpakking maakten me fan!

Top service! meerdere malen online besteld en telkens binnen 2 dagen had ik het in huis, omruilen i.v.m de verkeerde maat was ook geen enkel probleem.
