This company came to my notice a year ago. Ordered a few, nicely priced sports shirts and jackets. Delivery was in a day, beyond my expectation. The owners also sent me a meet&greet card and a great set of flowers, maybe the best set ever in the history of flowersets, because I was their first customer. Was very delighted and surprised to be handed these over! During the meet&greet it come to my notice how big of an passion they had for sports, especially for spinning.

In short: The General Outlet is my place to buy new sportsclothing!

I will never buy anything from this company again. They send faulty product then say your information is untrue when you return it. They claim it is checked by QC department which it can't have been as there was an obvious fault. All this so they can deduct the £3.30 postage for returning the item. Disgraceful.
