I had an exceptional experience at InterToys in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jolanda, one of their sales employees. In the second half of September 2023, I found myself in a time-sensitive situation when one of my ordered packages was delivered to the store, and I had to pick it up on the same day for my daughter.

Due to an unexpected lengthy meeting at my office, I had only 5 minutes left before the store closure. I called the store, explained my predicament, and asked if it was possible to leave my package outside due to my tight schedule. Jolanda's response truly touched my heart. She empathized with my situation, considering the pouring rain and the importance of the package for my daughter.

Jolanda kindly offered to wait for me, ensuring I could retrieve the package even though it meant staying past closing time. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile for a customer left a lasting impression on me. I am immensely grateful to Jolanda for her exceptional service and her understanding of the significance of the moment.

Super (klant)vriendelijk personeel, wordt altijd naar een oplossing gezocht. De winkel is niet heel groot, maar alsnog een redelijk groot assortiment aan speelgoed, spelletjes, etc.

Leuke zaak met vriendelijk personeel..ik rijd in een scootmobiel en ze zijn altijd heel behulpzaam e.d...leuk speelgoed voor mijn kleinkinderen en vaak leuke akties 👍🏻👍🏻

Fijne winkel met goed personeel. Een groot assortiment. Al moet ik zeggen dat er Intertoys winkels zijn met een groter assortiment. Intertoys.nl is dan ook een goede oplossing.
