Op 19 maart een bestelling geplaatst, deze zou 22 maart bezorgd worden. Na niets te hebben gekregen, bleek het pakket retour gezonden te zijn. Op 24 maart een mailtje gestuurd, geen respons. Op 31 maart via Instagram contact gezocht en hier antwoord op gekregen met "we wachten het af". Nu nogsteeds niets gehoord, geen geld terug gehad en ook geen reactie of iets meer gehad (7 april heb ik voor het laatst een bericht gestuurd). Erg jammer aangezien mijn kinderen uit de klas en ik ons hadden verheugd op dit pakketje. Dan nog niet te spreken over het geld wat nu gemist wordt.
Ik hoop dat er op deze manier wel wat mee gaat gebeuren... Erg jammer dat het zo moet..
