liegen dat het bezorgd is, maar het is niet bezorgd, geen track en trace code. dan de klant de schuld geven dat zijn gegevens niet goed zouden kunnen zijn. en constant aandacht vragen via onzinnige mails. nutteloos. terwijl ze bij bol wel kunnen zien dat het niet bezorgd is.
