Good restaurant in the central location in Middleburg. The atmosphere and service was very good. The taste of the food and the presentation was realy nice. Officialy this is fish restaurant, but there are many different meals. There is a small car park near by.

This beautiful restaurant tucked away in one of the quieter shopping streets is a hidden gem. The black clad interior furnished with gold and dark wood adds to an intimate atmosphere perfect for a gastronomic experience. The waiters are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The menu was very interesting with many of the dishes being fish orientated. Fresh catch of the day always sounds exciting and I spotted a few diners enjoying the lobster dishes. We decided to try the local delicacy miniature snails as an aperitif. I opted for the Seabass tartare which was delicious with a light delicate flavour. For mains I chose the fresh mussels cooked in a Thai sauce. The mussels were absolutely divine with a spicy kick to the taste. Finally I shared a cheese platter which was a perfect finale to a wonderful experience.

We drove from The Hague to Middelburg to experience the area and seafood and this restaurant is a gem. Loved the delicious Fruits de Mer and Mussels as well as the Tiramisu and Creme brûlée

Food was soooo good!! Kai and Emmelou were great waiters, I had the best time! Would recommend :)

They lost our online reservation but the wonderful waitresses and delicious food were so good that we totally forgot about that fact.

We also noticed that they were teaching and encouraging the younger members of the crew (probably on their first jobs ever) about the service and the food... that was wonderful to watch! Highly recommended restaurant!

Great place, good food, quality and prices. Real authentic food from the region. Attentive service. Only small downside is the smoke/smell from the BBQ in the restaurant.

We had excellent food at this restaurant. They made something special of the fish (not standard) but with herbs and vegetables they really made a piece of art.

Simply wow! Had the vegan three course menu and am still really impressed. Each course was really delicious and super prepared. In addition, there was a friendly service, nice atmosphere and a great selection of beers 😉
All ingredients in the restaurant are selected regionally - sustainable!
In addition to meat and fish, there is also a good selection for vegetarians and vegans. The chef also prepares extra dishes in case of need.
So definitely recommendable!

We were looking for a fish restaurant to eat mussels in Middelburg and were really happy with the experience we had at Zeeuwse Streken. We opted for the Thai style mussels, which were absolutely delicious. We would love to come back some day to try the chef's surprise menu that contains several regional sea food specialties. On top of the quality food, it's a nicely decorated restaurant. Good value for money.

Great, mostly local, food, top service and decent prices.

Wonderful food, great service. Especially trying to find a way to deliver precious sea food even if you have a toddler that might not fit into such a great resto. We had the most outstanding birthday dinner for my wife despite corona times. All the best, especially good luck to the the owner.

The dishes are surprisingly perfect! The best vegan food which i had in the netherlands so far. Every penny is worth it, especially the vegan 3 course menu!

Although it's not a vegan restaurant, they have a few dishes that are especially labeled vegan, which makes it easy for vegans to take a look (you can't take that for granted in the netherlands)

Atmosphere and waitresses are heart warming. I can highly recommend the place!

Excellent food and beverage with v nice guest beers. Situated in the main market Square. Friendly staff and English spoken. Take cash (ATMs close by) as, like many outlets, UK cards are not readily accepted - only Maestro..

The place is excellent. Really beautiful and warm. The service was really good and helpful. And the quality of the food was outstanding. I would definitely go again there.

also at moment they create&deliver great Sushi. Tasted them all.. Must admit I am not vegan, but the Vegan Sushi was YUMMI also !!! my compliments !!

We loved the Shared Diner! Its a suprise what ur gonna get and we were not dissapointed. First course a lot of seafood like shrimps, mussels and also very soft meat and chorizo. Main course was with seabass that had this flamed taste en for dessert there was chocolate, pannacotta and peach ice cream. It was amazing!

Beautiful restaurant inside, also nice outside. The food/fish quality was excellent. Personal favorite after three weeks in the area!
