Excellent place for a breakfast or quick lunch. Selection of sandwich, quiche, and other good stuff you will want to try. Cosy place with a nice staff, they also accept dogs.

Really authentic vintage looking café. Great food and known by the locals, but definitely a recommandation for tourists too. You should try their amazing yogurt icecream!

Well known locally for their great coffee and fresh, homemade baked goods, and in summer for their outdoor terrace and yogurt icecreams, Sint John's is perfect for an afternoon break after wandering the old city of Middelburg.
While you may be tempted to stick with the classic coffees, do read throught the wide selection on the menu and consider ordering something diffrent.

Favourite study spot. Best staff. Yummy food and drinks. Recommend the cheddar and pickles sandwich, it comes with a delicious salad. The yogurt is also amazing.

Typical Dutch cake and coffee house. I had a toasted sandwich and it was devine with fresh salad. And I mean fresh. Cake and coffee after and you can choose anything its all delicious. Just as good is the ambience. Perfect. Get there before 1.30 or expect to wait for a seat.

Nice terrace at a small beautiful square. The 'lemon-bar' is a very fine piece of pastry. Lots of coffee variations, can recommend 'satans koffie'. Friendly staff.

Great place! Can recommend the ice coffee (which is made with condensed milk) and the yoghurt ice (eg. with pecan nuts and maple syrup). Both were among the best I've ever had.

Spoke to the owner. She was so nice! We had the yogurt ice cream, milk shake, coffee, gluhwein. It all was amazing.

I have been having lunch at Sint John so many times now and it never fails to disappoint. They change the menu every summer and winter and their tosti’s are the best!
