Professioneel en vriendelijk.
Het eerste gesprek kijken ze naar je probleem, wensen en de mogelijkheden die jij hebt en kijken dan naar de manier hoe ze je kunnen helpen.
Er is altijd begeleiding in de zaal. Het is heel gemoedelijk, rustig en gezellig tijdens het sporten.
Ik ben hier in behandeling voor Long-covid.
2x in de week rustig bewegen om weer in conditie te komen.

Inmiddels kom ik hier al jaren en door Ingrid blijf ik gemotiveerd om door te gaan. Daarnaast verstaat zij haar vak en weet zij dit goed te combineren met een persoonlijke aanpak.

Mijn hielspoor bleek niet zo ernstig. Met 4 behandelingen bij Altius en instructie voor thuis kan ik weer trainen. Effectieve behandeling en deskundig met sportblessures :-)
