Horrible service! The worst communication ever.
For 3 lessons of a 5-year old kid in February 2020 I was charged 79 euros!!! (monthly payment is 12.70 euros) They charged me during quarantine, then after summer vacation, although they did not have a trainer and hence lessons...When I emailed them, it turned out that the girl charged me by a mistake for a whole year. Few times she could not properly count how much money must be returned. Out of the blue they paid me 20.24 euros back. When I asked about the rest amount, they stopped answering my emails. No phone number on the website, only an email address and no one reacts. It lasted 6 months...Finally I got a reply which said 'because they are lenient, I'll get 23 euros back'. It was my right based on the law to get money back, not LENIENCY!
