Bij deze webshop een wieldop voor een Fiat besteld. Helaas op dag van levering zat de verkeerde wieldop in de doos. Na een mailtje had ik de volgende dag de goede wieldop in huis en de oude teruggestuurd. Dezelfde dag waren de verzendingskosten van het retourneren al teruggestort.

Nette snelle service, want die merk je pas wanneer er per abuis iets fout gaat. Ga zo door!

Wat een super webshop! Ik was op zoek naar stoelverwarmings schakelaars voor de 147 ik wilde ze zondag bestellen maar was bang dat ze niet voor de kerst binnen kwamen. Ik contacte de webshop en Michel reageerde erg snel en kwam met een fijne oplossing! Helemaal top!

We zaten even met onze handen in het haar toen we met de (deel)restauratie van een Alfasud begonnen.
Meerdere Alfa-specialisten aangeschreven voor de levering van onderdelen ,maar niemand die daar echt zin in had.
Michel reageerde direct enthousiast en wist zelfs de moeilijkste onderdelen te vinden.
Topbedrijf. 5 sterren dus , dik verdiend!
