Ik kon snel terecht. Fijne therapeut die ook oog heeft voor mens achter blessure. Mooie praktijk. Fijne parkeerplekken.

Service & communicatie kwam jammer genoeg onbeschaafd over. Daarnaast was er op locatie een coronatest-service aan de gang, met een samenscholing van 20+ mensen in wachtrij letterlijk voor de deur van de fysio. Deze lange wachtrij voor de deur leek onnodig risicovol.

Erg jammer dat er vooraf niet wordt verteld dat er een eigen bijdrage betaald moet worden. Uiteindelijk helemaal niks met de behandelingen bereikt. Ik ga in ieder geval nooit meer naar deze fysiotherapeut. Ik heb inmiddels een fysio gevonden waar wél goed gecommuniceerd wordt.
