Mooie open plek in het bos. De grafheuvels kon ik met het blote oog zelf niet zien.

Midden in de bossen is een prachtig heidegrond. De Grote Ark. kwetsbaar, maar doordat er paadjes door de hei lopen, kan je toch een mooie route volgen. In het najaar helemaal fantastisch met de paarskleurende heide.

Rustgevende kleine natuurgebied. Met fiets en auto makkelijk te bereiken. Kleine parkeerplaats.

De Grote Ark is een tamelijk rustig Heidegebied. Er loopt een wandelroute van Staatsbosbeheer langs (Peppelerboomroute). Misschien is het daarom dat er aardig wat bankjes staan.

Het is er super mooi. Heel veel natuur. De hei stond mooi in bloei.met schemer ook prachtig. Kan iedereen aan raden om er naar toe te gaan mooi wandel gebied. Ook heerlijk voor de hond.

Prachtige natuur, heerlijk rustige plek. Tegen zonsondergang is hier veel wild te zien.
