I experienced the most unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and racist behavior experience in my life. Dr. Aernt/Dr. Aards a blonde, short doctor with glasses... Attempted to kicked me my daughter who was translating and my mother who didn’t say much out of the practice because I wanted a second opinion about her diagnosis because she wasn’t listening to my complaints. Not only had she not listened but she hadn't even looked at my chart. No one deserves the behavior or treatment she displayed. She should be ashamed of herself.. I have immense pain, she didn't listen and also didn't read my chart. Who demands someone to leave in pain and not even check their urine or even give a blood prick …I have asthma and it’s literally effecting my breathing.

I'm going to actually talk to the medical board. She hit my back hard where I said I had pain causing more pain. With her so called check of hate. When I walked in she asked in a weird way who I brought with me. My Dutch isn't up to par so brought my daughter I had a feeling she didn't like women of color and her actions proved my hypothesis

I know medicine here is different but this is not professional behavior. I have had nice doctors in the Netherlands…strict is fine but this was like malpractice … She didn't send my urine or to take my blood prick. So her license should be checked I feel bad if other patients are being treated this way. I wonder how many people that has happen to. She yelled and exhibited behavior that was unacceptable and I have a feeling it’s because of my darker skin. Thank god for the reception Natalie who was so kind and showed care.
