Finally delicious food in Holland! the flavors are rich with passion , u can feel the love and the effort of the chef, the food was fresh and so tasty. The service is very nice too❤ I can't wait to go again and try more and more. The food was exact the high quality as in Israel. The chef are so sweet, happy and proud to work ther and it's really a bless🌹

Diner with six last night. As always, super friendly staff. The food is just great. If you’re familiar with the middle eastern / mediterranean kitchen, there’s nothing particularly new or revolutionary, but that is beside the point. It’s just a great selection of super nice dishes, well prepared. Good ingredients, great humus/tahini. If you order ‘Balagan’ you’re sure to get a taste of their best of everything, and it’s a lot. €37 for all of this is nicely priced too. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

What a lovely surprise! Just around the corner of my house but never been there. Tonight was the first time and I was delighted with the great and friendly service by our waitress. The Cecina de Leon with avocado was outstanding and a great starter for a big eater like me. Also the Flank Steak was cooked to perfection with lovely Chimichurri and green asparagus. Also the vegetarian Shaksuka tasted fantastic! Overall I really do recommend this great restaurant to people who appreciate real Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking! Be back soon!!

Yes! One of my favorite places in Hilversum. You just can't stop swiping those delicious pita's through the best homemade creamy hummus ever. The dishes are super balanced and work well together. When there for dinner; try the whole collifower 🥰

Lovely place where we had lunch with our whole family and friends (10 of us). Great food, fantastic service. Cannot recommend highly enough, 10/10.

We picked up a surprise menu at Paisan after
a movie Corona style and it was a true treat. We heated up the oven and were surprised with unexpected flavours. A nice evening out and at home. A little note how and in what order to eat the dishes could be helpful but less surprising.

Excellent restaurant - best in Hilversum for a selection of simple, delicious Mediterranean fare, paired with good wines. Choose from the delicious starters on a sharing plate to get your meal off to a fun and tasty start. Whatever the season, the restaurant is always comfortable, relaxed and beautifully presented. The owner and staff are always friendly and attentive.

We ordered take away, dinner for two, it was amazing! If you love/miss authentic Mediterranean food, this is the one. Portions were generous, packed well, and all the flavors were spot on.

Have had three diners here. All of them great. They don't serve standard meals, but try to cook something with their own twist to it. I like this originality. Fair pricing. Nice wines.

The dishes are fantastic!! Close to Michelin 1 star level!! Definitely worth a try whenever you are in Hilversum.

With Tel Aviv Night 2.O Paisan reaches a new level of accessible culinairy goodness. The fresh and creative dishes surprised us and the atmosphere and energy of the Paisan team was catchy. Best restaurant in the region.
